This section of our site represents the debut of GREEN by Giving Tree! And it's about time! The move toward more 'eco-friendly' products, and lifestyle choices has finally made it into the collective conscience, but it is something we at Giving Tree have been acutely aware of for a long time. With this new section, we CELEBRATE artists that pay particularly close attention to the importance of using only sustainable, recycled, and un-mined materials. And just like Giving Tree itself, expect this section to GROW! Deanne Annunziato, a manager at Giving Tree actually became so inspired by the Green movement, that she created her own line of jewelry based on over six months of research into practices and protocol within the industry. And her energy snowballed, in the best possible way! This year, we are doing something very VERY special when we open our gallery for the season on May 24th. We are opening back up ALL the sculpture gardens, over 5 acres... but we aren't selling a thing! Instead, we are using the land both for a charity contribution to CAPE COD CONSERVATION TRUST to preserve the land in our area, but also, we are offering the land to the community, to all visitors, as a place of solace, of reflection, and as a reminder of both the fragility and perserverance of our one precious planet. It is an honor and a privilege to be able to join the 'green' movement with a full investment of our resources, our space, our company and our hearts. Welcome to GREEN by Giving Tree! Our hope is that it inspires you to honor mother earth in your own unique and special way!
