"GIVING TREE GIVING BACK" is what we call our philosophy of never just 'taking' but rather treating the act of having a business as one of cognizance, compassion and responsibility.
Now more than ever, our efforts are vital to us. We are all experiencing tough times, and the more we can do to support and ease each other's burdens, the further we move forward into a more healing time.
Often, our charity choices come from you, our customers, opening up to us and telling us how we matter to you. We join with you and work to create pieces that will aid in your endeavors. in a word, you INSPIRE us to be a better company.
This section will continue to grow. We are proud to be able to do what we can to help, and Giving Tree will not stop Giving Back.
This year, in addition to our collection of pieces specifically created for a charity or foundation, (in our Giving Tree Giving Back section) we are so happy to be supporting MADE WITH LOVE. This wonderful company exists in Brazil, Africa and Haiti, where indigenous woman create each and every piece, and the proceeds from the sales of the pieces go to building schools for their children.
We also created the "Giving Tree Team" on WWW.STANDUPFORCANCER.ORG and a percentage of every sale during the month of December is donated to our teams effort to raise money for research towards ending cancer.
